How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it has been shipped. Most orders are shipped on the same day or within 24 hours. To cancel:

  • Email: Send an email to help@demostore.in (Replace with your actual email).

  • Subject Line: Must include your Order Number.

  • Body: Include your Phone Number.

  • Note: Emails with missing information cannot be processed.

Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.


Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a broken product, you must email us images of the damage immediately. Without photographic proof, we cannot provide an exchange or replacement.

  • Eligibility: We only accept returns for faulty items (e.g., wrong item sent). Items must be in original packaging, unused, and without scratches.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid order number from DEMO STORE is required.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.


Refunds & Exchange Notes

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): There are no cash refunds for COD orders. You are eligible for an exchange of equal/higher value or store credit valid for 6 months.

  • Product Quality: If you are unsatisfied with the quality (but the item is not defective), you may only exchange it for another product. We do not offer refunds in this case as all items are tested by our Quality Assurance team.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.


Shipping for Returns

  • Costs: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for both ways.

  • Address Issues: If a package is not delivered due to courier issues and your details were correct, we will re-dispatch it once for free. If the address provided was incorrect, the customer must pay for re-delivery.

  • Tracking: If you are returning an item over 1,000/- INR, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post).

  3. Contact your bank regarding processing times.

  4. If you’ve done all of this, please contact us at help@demostore.in.
